Add all ingredients for the dumpling filling to a large bowl and mix well.
Form the mixture into 1 inch balls.
Add the olive oil to a large skillet (12-inches is best) and heat over medium-high heat.
Place the pork balls in the skillet spacing them approximately 2 inches apart. Cook for 1 minute.
Cover each pork ball with a wonton wrapper, gently pressing them down and around the meatball so it is covered.
Add the water to the skillet and cover with a lid. Continue to cook for approximately 5 minutes or until pork is cooked through (internal temperature when checked with a thermometer is 160 degrees F).
While the dumplings cook mix all of your dumpling sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
Remove from pan and serve with dumpling sauce and extra chili crisp.
